Satisfied or refunded
If you are not satisfied with your order, Ethnilink undertakes to reimburse you (according to the terms below) for the items you wish to return.
You have a period of 7 days from receipt of the package to return the product that does not suit you. Return shipping costs will remain the full responsibility of the customer. The products must be sent complete, in a state suitable for their marketing.
It is also recommended that the products be returned in their original packaging, according to methods presenting shipping guarantees similar to those defined during the initial shipment of the products. Send the package to the address mentioned above. Any product returned damaged will not be refunded. For hygienic reasons, wigs cannot be returned.
Only products in new condition and returned in their original packaging (accessory, manual, label, case) will be accepted.

For products that arrive broken or defective, you have 7 days after receipt of the package to notify us by email at the following address: contact.ethnilink@gmail.com. Please send us photos of the products concerned. We will send you a return label by e-mail to send us the products concerned and we will replace them by sending them to the same address as that of the initial order.
